Invoices and Contracts will be sent out late this fall to those agencies participating Progress updates will be supplied to all participants and features will be released as completed

12 Q & A Q. Why should I do this? A. To obtain valuable features frequently requested by our customers. Champ pricing is low compared to our competitors, even though our feature set for public health services is comparable to or superior to that of our competitors. We could raise prices across-the-board to all customers to support these features, but we believe this is a better way. Q. What if we only want some of these features? Can we just order the ones we want? A. As much as we would like to offer that option, when we have tried this in the past it has not worked well. Such an approach makes it harder to financially support each individual feature, and results in complex annual renewal pricing. Q. When will these features be available? A. We will not know until this November if enough agencies have subscribed to the Premium Project for us to move forward with this in 2016. Assuming there is sufficient financial backing, we will begin work in January 2016, and ship each feature as it is built, one at a time. We expect to finish all four features by the end of 2016.

13 Q & A Q. What if fewer agencies or more agencies sign up than you expect? A. Based on previous history, we are expecting that one in two of our customers will sign up for the Premium Project, and we have based pricing on that expectation. If fewer agencies or more agencies sign up, we will not alter the pricing. If so few agencies sign up that we would lose money on the project we will not move forward. Q. Since Champ has customers in other states, are they going to help pay for this? A. As mentioned in the memo sent out earlier this year, in the past we have used sales revenue from other states to support feature development for Minnesota agencies. We currently expect few agencies in other states to be as interested in the Premium Project features as our Minnesota clients. Minnesota usually leads the country in adoption of features to support best practices. Q. What if I decide to wait a year until the features ship? A. You are welcome to do that. Agencies that buy in to the Premium Package after 2016 will pay an additional 20% over the current prices. In essence if you opt in now rather than wait you are getting a 20% early bird discount.
