2.  4 PAS POs have been transitioned to Ariba Contract Requests. 2 of those have moved on to active BPO status and can accept invoices against them.  Subrecipients were: Pacific Science Center, University of Alaska (Fairbanks) and Kineta. 3.  Transitioning information:  OSP is getting all information from the PAS PO  Department contacts will be given edit access. They can edit and resubmit, or if the department contact is wrong, deny the request and put the correct info in notes. OSP will update and resend. BPOs are live!

4.  Amount is calculated as: Unit Price - $$ Used BPOs are live!

5.  If you have ‘carryforwards’, enter them as new line items when the CR is routed to you. Be sure to explain the additional lines in internal notes. BPOS are live!
