Project organisation (1) Regional Government Västra Götaland is the project coordinator Deployed project team – project plan, guidelines, basic concept for all training material Each regional government responsible for its region government and its cities (21 regions) Cooperation with different GIS associations, National Land Survey, Association of Cities etc.

4. Project organisation (2) Each region is responsible for their own activities The specific prerequisites for each region should be considered – will affect the project organisation in the region The central project team has an advisory role to the regions additional to the central planning role
