10. Rolf Aschenbrenner: European Proposal There is general agreement that Europe cannot afford two large Conferences (Eropean „ECTC and IMAPS Europe). The whole purpose is to serve Europe as first priority. A small team consisting of Karel Kurtzweil and Eric Beyne from IMAPS and Johan and Rolf have been appointed to explore opportunities and recommend. 1.
