2 The Leadership in Higher Education (LHE) and the Leadership in P-12 systems (LPS) are essentially the same Leadership degree with a focus in higher education and P – 12 school systems, respectively. The fundamental difference lies in the fact that these variations provide an additional framework for the development of the IDP, which will be implemented during internship rotations.
