4 PACT O The Coaches PACT meeting will be held: When: Feb. 4 at 6 p.m. Where: Ramsey Alexander Room O Mandatory for ALL coaches, assistant coaches, and managers- NO EXCEPTIONS O Your ACTIONS will speak louder than their WORDS.

Player Development Philosophy Players develop best when put in multiple environments. We want our players to experience as many different problems as possible to develop decision-making skills, creativity, awareness, and confidence. If we always give them the answers, they won’t know how to play for themselves.

Without Technique, players will be unable to reach their highest potential. Give our players a chance to succeed.

O U8-U12 : Led by Technical Director O U13: Led by Coach- assisted by TD and DOC O Format: U8-U14 O Coaches are asked to be at each session, to provide assistance, and coach a group O Format: U15+ O Coaches will work with DOC design/follow winter curriculum O Goal: to improve our coaches knowledge and ability as well as to continue to develop our players.

Age Group Meetings When: February What: Age Group Meetings with Coaches, Players, and Parents Introduce everyone to the Club’s Philosophy and Goals as well as laying out expectations for the upcoming season. You are encouraged to hold your team meetings immediately after this meeting.
