3 首页 上页返回下页 Backgroud Perhaps the most critical event in the ID process is identifying the instructional goal. If done improperly, even elegant instruction may not serve the designer’s real purpose. Two basic methods are used to identify instructional goals: the subject-matter expert approach and the performance technology approach.

4 首页 上页返回下页 Concepts Performance analysis:It is a study conducted to determine the exact nature of an organizational performance problem and how it can be resolved.

5 首页 上页返回下页 A complete goal statement should describe the following: The learners What learners will be able to do in the performance context The performance context in which the skills will be applied The tools that will be available to the learners in the performance context

7 首页 上页返回下页 Summary Instructional goals are selected and refined through a rational process that requires answering questions about a particular problem and need, about the clarity of the goal statement, and about the availability of resources to design and develop the instruction.
