Re-election of Chairmen of Technical Committees –The Chairmen of TC1, TC3,TC4,TC5,TC6,TC7,TC8 andTC9 were re-elected during the 9 th General Assembly in the December, 2010.

Scope of TC11 –Terminology definition, demands, architecture, protocol and security of mobile internet application; –The ability, software & hardware, interface, integration, universality of various forms of terminals, terminal peripheral component and terminal security. –Liaison with ITU-T SG12, IETF, OMA, WAC, W3C, 3GPP, 3GPP2, GSMA, etc.
