With this amazing new module from AMS, work report and logbook management gets easier then it already is. With it, you can sign work report items or logbook entries in a few clicks. It eliminates the need to append your initials to a paper copy, then to scan the paper document and keep it as a proof of accomplishment. You will also reduce paperwork and help diminish your paper consumption. Every signature is heavily encoded with a 128bit encryption code in the database. To append a signature, 3 different personal information are needed: an employee number, a login and a password. Each mechanic and inspector gets a unique identification code under which all his jobs are catalogued for easy consulting. Then, you can track the work done by your employees and create your own statistics. Every signature appending leaves a trace, so you can verify the righteousness of the signature if any doubts come to mind. Coming soon : New exiting features for this module

All operations of this module are logged into the “view log” section. The “view log” section is restricted to the owner. To access it, you need the employee's number, his login and his password. All important information are encrypted with a 128 bit encryption code for more security.

To view Electronic Signature log information, the employee must insert his Employee #, his login and his password. This is the log list. This list also indicates the work done by the employee.

You can easily find what you’re looking for in this list by using the search function. This is a very useful function to generate some statistics like : who worked on a specified work report or the work done by this employee during a month. You can select between five different search fields, and even set an search interval. All results are printable.

Instead of leaving the “Mech.” field blank for a handwritten signature, you can attach your personalized “stamp” as signature.
