11. ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE Every AUG delegate must have a valid Accreditation Pass endorsed by the AUSC Technical Accreditation Committee (TAC). Without the Accreditation Pass, the delegate will not be allowed entry into the AUG Games Village, Dinning Facilities, Competition Venues or compete in any competition.

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE Initial administrative checks by Laos AUG Organising Committee (LAUGOC) Make full payment of Participation Fee of USD35 per person per day to LAUGOC (Secretariat will pay in advance for all) Make full payment of Accreditation Fee of USD5 per person to TAC (Secretariat will pay in advance for all) Submit Passports to TAC (TMs and Athletes) For athletes - Submit completed Certificates of Academic Eligibility to TAC (TMs to handle) For athletes - Submit Student Cards (issued by respective universities) to TAC (ALL STUDENTS ARE TO BE REMINDED TO BRING YOUR STUDENT CARD) Collect Temporary Accreditation Passes (valid for 1 Day only) from TAC Schedule an appointment with TAC for the collection of Accreditation Passes
