ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE Every AUG delegate must have a valid Accreditation Pass endorsed by the AUSC Technical Accreditation Committee (TAC). Without the Accreditation Pass, the delegate will not be allowed entry into the AUG Games Village, Dinning Facilities, Competition Venues or compete in any competition.

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE Initial administrative checks by Laos AUG Organising Committee (LAUGOC) Make full payment of Participation Fee of USD35 per person per day to LAUGOC (Secretariat will pay in advance for all) Make full payment of Accreditation Fee of USD5 per person to TAC (Secretariat will pay in advance for all) Submit Passports to TAC (TMs and Athletes) For athletes - Submit completed Certificates of Academic Eligibility to TAC (TMs to handle) For athletes - Submit Student Cards (issued by respective universities) to TAC (ALL STUDENTS ARE TO BE REMINDED TO BRING YOUR STUDENT CARD) Collect Temporary Accreditation Passes (valid for 1 Day only) from TAC Schedule an appointment with TAC for the collection of Accreditation Passes

ATHLETES’ VILLAGE - Accommodate up to 4,000 people - 10 buildings arranged for the areas of administration, athletes s’ residence, playground, dining hall, etc. - Dining hall with the capacity to seat up to 1,200.

ATHLETES’ VILLAGE Rooming are based on TMs recommendation No alcohol is permitted in the Athletes Village or rooms Please ensure you return the room as you have received it Do remove all rubbish prior to checking out. All athletes will be accountable and responsible for any charges for damages or lost from your room. Changing of roommates is not advisable. Please work with your TMs and TMs will bring your matter to the Secretariat

GENERAL INFO/SAFETY Remember we are in a foreign country – Be patient. No incidents – No littering, No taking things from rooms. Uphold good name of Singapore and your respective Universities Safety is our main concern. Must let your TM know where you are at all times – Go in groups – Inform your TMs or Secretariat in any emergency Doping - First time we are having this. Bring your doctor’s chit/prescription to confirm your medication Be familiar with the competition programme and be present at the competition venue well ahead before the start of the event or match. Be familiar of your competition dates. Support your other sports as best as you can when you have completed your events. Do not take or bring any packages from strangers at airport. World University Games – Kazan, Russia from 6-17 July 2013.
