7 IPC ARF DiREx 2015 | Alor Setar, Kedah | 9-11 September 2014 7 ENTRY POINTS Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) Penang International Airport Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Setar, Kedah Details of the CIQ Arrangement will be provided in the Administrative Arrangement for ARF DiREx 2015 which will be circulated during the FPC.

8 IPC ARF DiREx 2015 | Alor Setar, Kedah | 9-11 September 2014 8 ASSETS CONTRIBUTION Confirmation of assets contribution (aircrafts or vessels) are to be made by 1 ST OCTOBER 2014. The request for aircraft/ship approval and clearance will be done through diplomatic channel addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. Normal procedures, rules, and requirements for customs, immigration, and quarantine (CIQ) process shall be applicable to all participants and assets.

9 IPC ARF DiREx 2015 | Alor Setar, Kedah | 9-11 September 2014 9 LOCAL TRANSPORTATION The following local transportation (Bus) will be provided: Return airport transfer from Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Setar, Kedah to the accommodation venue. Transfer from accommodation venues to exercise venues.

10 IPC ARF DiREx 2015 | Alor Setar, Kedah | 9-11 September 2014 10 ACCOMMODATION It is recommended for participants of ARF DiREx 2015 to stay in a dormitory type accommodation at the Campus of Universiti Utara Malaysia. Reservation is to be made through the Secretariat. Alternatively, participants of ARF DiREx 2015 can choose to stay at 10-designated hotels in Alor Setar, Kedah. Please note that shuttle bus services will only be available at these hotels. These hotels are located approximately 35-minute from the exercise venues. Each delegation is required to contact the hotel directly to make reservation on a first come first serve basis.

14 IPC ARF DiREx 2015 | Alor Setar, Kedah | 9-11 September 2014 14 FINANCING BY CO-CHAIRS FOR ARF DiREx 2015 Airport Transfer will only be provided from Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Setar, Kedah to the 10 designated hotels and Universiti Utara Malaysia. Meals will be provided during the official programme. Dinner is not included unless specified otherwise. Participants staying at Universiti Utara Malaysia will be provided with 6 meals a day.

15 IPC ARF DiREx 2015 | Alor Setar, Kedah | 9-11 September 2014 15 SECURITY ARRANGEMENT Security personnel will be placed at the 10 designated hotels and Universiti Utara Malaysia. Main motorcade movement by participants will be escorted by the Royal Malaysia Police.
