2. Wasatch Choice for 2040 Envision Tomorrow Plus Scenario Evaluation Tool (land use) MAG, WFRC, Envision Utah are beta testing.

3. Purpose Beta Test the ET Plus software package Better understand and test the relationship between density and transportation needs in Utah County with WFRC

4. 2013 to 2040 Growth Scenarios Scenario 1 Land Use - City control totals based on General Plans. (Shawn and Tim’s visits) Transportation – Current RTP Network Scenario 2 Land Use - Densified centers and cores of each city while maintaining city control totals. Transportation – RTP reduced lanes on some collector roads in outer areas (Cedar and Goshen Valleys) Scenario 3 Land Use - Moved pop and emp from fringe communities to centers (WC 2040) and transportation corridors (I-15, Frontrunner, ect.) Transportation – RTP but reduced the length of outer expressways, increased lanes in core areas, increased transit frequencies. Scenario 4 Land Use - Moved pop and emp to major transit and transportation corridors from edge communities Transportation – Maximized lanes and transit frequencies in core areas. Extended light rail south. Further reduced length of outer expressways.
