2 Description of emotion A strong feeling of displeasure, annoyance, and hostility, often resulting from frustration or helplessness.

3 Associations with anger Pulling out hair, screaming, overreacting, self- destruct, shut down, silent treatment, wrinkles in the forehead, outbreaks, and etc..

4 Color of Anger Red and black contribute to anger due to high blood pressure and making one irritable.

6 Defense mechanism Taking anger management classes Think more of others Recognize why you feel angry Take deep breaths and count to ten before reacting. Take a walk in fresh air and calm down

7 Emotion relation to life Shelbey- I normally get angry when I’m dealing with people. If I end up in an argument or my annoyance level raises. At first I just get frustrated but then it climaxes to anger. Ilana- when I try my best and I am told to push harder for my goal when I hit my limit this makes me frustrated and rages in anger.
