Coordinating institution send registered copy of legalized docs to those universities that require it If Double/Multiple Degree: Students bring with them original legalized docs and register upon arrival at home institution Home institution send registered copy of legalized docs to those universities where student will study, or bring them with him/her upon arrival

End of semester: All partners update transcript while sending marks of their students 3. End of master: coordinating institution issues Joint Degree + Diploma Supplement To a double degree: 1. Home university + Host universities hold transcripts 2. End of semester: All partners “sharing” a student update their own transcript and send information to other partners where student has studied or will be studying 3. End of master: all institutions where student has spent minimum 1 semester (= 30 ECTS) issue degree + Diploma Supplement
