STEP 7 For doctorate exchange students: You need to make sure that the courses / activities you want to do at the host university can be recognized as counting towards your degree programme at your home university. Therefore, check links to courses, ECTS credits and learning outcomes. In addition, consult your academic coordinator at your home university. STEP 8 Start preparing the documents you need to upload in the online application. You need to upload all the documents listed as required for your level and type of mobility. Erasmus Mundus JoinEUsee > PENTA offers scholarships for: students and university staff from the EU who want to complete an academic mobility at a Western Balkan partner university students and university staff from the Western Balkan countries who want to complete an academic mobility at an EU partner university Scholarships are available for candidates in three different groups of candidates – target group 1, target group 2, and target group 3.target group 1target group 2target group 3 Choose your nationality. 17. Documents to be uploaded – 2nd call PLEASE NOTE: 1. You have to upload scanned versions of all your original documents AND scanned versions of official translations of the documents into English (whenever the original documents are not already in English). Applications which do not include both the original and the translation of documents will be rejected. 2. Host universities may ask for additional documents to be uploaded (in addition to the documents listed below). Check your host university’s academic offer and upload any additional documents (if required). 18. Doctorate exchange Applicants for a doctorate exchange mobility need to have finished their master studies (or equivalent) by the time of application in order to be eligible.
