4 Cramming the night before an exam is not good practice. However, you should always aim to do some final preparation the day / night before an exam. This will probably involve skimming over the content that is likely to be examined.

7 Revision should begin to take place well in advance of the exams. You should spend up to 4 x 30 minutes on between two and four subjects a day / night. You must also make sure that you are planning rest days / time, where you have a complete break from revision.
