20 Chapter Good Standing Chapter reports roll up into AACN’s reports to the government–if late, AACN can be fined and it puts that non-profit and tax-exempt status in jeopardy. Inc Local Voice AACN Chapters

Chapter B  Primary officer positions are filled; no “ –elect” positions are filled.  Conducted annual Chapter Needs Assessment; didn’t do anything with the results.  100% compliant with reporting requirements.  No Annual Operating / Work Plan in place; president & treasurer make all decisions “because no one else will help.”  Chapter’s web site is outdated; nothing new posted in months  Chapter president sends e mails IN ALL CAPS and is verbally abusive in writing / in person.  Many chapter members have stopped attending meetings; are afraid of the president and talk only to the treasurer.  What is this chapter doing right?  Is this a Healthy Chapter Work Environment?  What else could they do?
