Licensees: Currently Zinkia has more than 150 license agreements signed with leading brands in each sector, providing Zinkia with recurring annual revenue from its royalties. 2 POCOYO’S POSITIONING IN THE USA SHORT-TERM GROWTH 1. Operations, development and consolidation of the Pocoyo brand at an international level. Execution of an international expansion strategy throughout 2012 and subsequent years in the United States, Italy, China, Latin America, Russia, Turkey, and other territories via license agreements and operations across multiple distribution platforms. In April of this year, Zinkia recovered exclusive worldwide commercial distribution rights for Pocoyo. 2. Comercial exploitation of advertising spaces on a variety of platforms: Web, Pocoyizer, proprietary and third party online video platforms, on-line community, apps for smartphones & tablets etc. always in reference to content generated by Zinkia. 3. The acquisition of 51% of Cake Entertainment Ltd. will allow Zinkia to maximize content distribution in the global marketplace across television and home entertainment platforms. STRENGTHS AND STRATEGIC FOCUS Zinkia generates revenues through the development of multi- platform digital content and brand development; and the exploitation of rights throughout the world. Return on investment. Zinkia creates and develops brands via the development of audiovisual content that allows for a high potential for the expansion of its brands. The long-term operation of the content translates into a high rate of return with respect to production costs. Products´profile. Zinkia focuses only on products that will allow for brand exploitation across multi-platform businesses and consumer products licensing. All products and brands managed by Zinkia are 100% owned by the Compnay and protected under copyright, patents and brands that protect its commercial position. Once the content is developed and the brand formed, the licensees are responsible for sales, with Zinkia receiving royalties on all goods sold. As an example, the Pocoyo brand boasts three 52-episode seasons, a short film, videogames, an online presence with millions of users, and a strong global licensing and merchandising program.

3 BUSINESS STRATEGY Licenses and agreements. Zinkia has signed more than 180 license agreements with leading companies in the market by territory and segment (Bandai, Mattel, Planeta, Panini, etc.) providing recurring revenue throughout the contractual period. Zinkia has also entered into content distribution agreements with the leading television broadcasting stations in the world, mobile and online platforms, from which it obtains revenues and exposure, reaching a potential audience population of 3.5 billion people. New areas of expansion. With the Pocoyo brand already established in the interactive entertainment sector, Zinkia is currently working on developing new areas of growth in videogames, online communities, mobile devices, applications and distribution via online platforms. International expansion. With more than 2,000 product references (SKU’s) developed, Zinkia is now developing the brand in high growth markets (United States, Italy, China, Russia, Latin America, etc…), which will convert into a strong increase in revenues.
