Foods containing fat and sugar Milk and dairy foods Fish, meat and alternatives. Vegetables. Fruits Bread and other cereals. MY FAMILY EATS:.Breakfast: milk with different cereals..Lunch: meat, pasta, fruits and vegetables..Dinner: fish, yogurt, sometimes fruit..Extraordinary or feast day: hamburguer, pizza and ice cream.

Menú for a week Monday: Milk with a cup of cereal. Soup and sausages with potatoes. Puree and fish. Tuesday: Milk with a cup of cereal. Beans and potatoes omelette. Fish and fruit. Wednesday: Milk with a cup of cereal. Fish and salad. Soup and meat.

To have a healthy body it is necesary to make a lot of exercise, drink a lot of water and eat healthy food.
