2. Exact slavery definition: the state or condition of being a slave; a civil relationship whereby one person has absolute power over another and controls his life, liberty, and fortune.

10.  Julius Lester was born on January 27, 1939.  He has two children  He hosted a radio show on WBAI-FM in 1969-1975  Julius Lester has written 43 books: 8 nonfiction, 30 children's books, 1 book of poetry and photographs, and 3 adult novels.  His very first book was an instruction book on learning to play a 12 string guitar.  Julius Lester was a photographer for the SNCC (Student Non- Violent Coordinating Committee.
