7 Look on the top where it says “Russia”. Russia has a Presidential style of democracy.

8 Great Britain has a PRIME MINISTER. Russia has a PRESIDENT. Germany has a CHANCELLOR. (You may have to write “chancellor” if it isn’t there already.)

9 Get out a clean piece of paper and turn it sideways so that the holes are at the top. Across the top, right under the holes, write this title: ‘Comparison of Citizens Rights in Different Governments.”
