4. Student Evaluation Process Homework - will be assigned on most workdays. Classwork - will be checked everyday. Vocabulary Tests - every Friday. Quizzes - will be given weekly. Tests - are given when enough material has been covered. Reports and Projects There will be a report or project every nine weeks. Make-up work Make-up work is your responsibility. You have two days for every one-day of absence to make it up after you return to school.

5. Student Evaluation, cont. Grading Policy Your grade is determined by dividing the total points earned by the total points possible.A=100-90 B=89-80 C=79-70 D=69-60 F=59-50 Extra Credit. There will be opportunities to earn extra credit, more specifically by participating in cultural and academic activities ie; Big Bend Modern Language Exposition. Exams. You will take an exam at the end of each semester. The exam grade, along with the two nine-week grades will determine your semester average. Your semester averages are what will remain on you permanent high school transcript.
