4 Background 2009: GTHA TDM Coordinating Committee was established when SC moved to Metrolinx Managed by Metrolinx Chaired by municipal rep 4 2004 – 2009: Cities and Regions of the GTHA formed the Smart Commute Initiative Steering Committee as one of the Urban Transportation Showcase Program
