Arizona’s state motto is Ditat Deus which means God Enriches us. The people of Arizona have a special church called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where they recite the motto.

Arizona got it’s statehood on February 14, 1912. It is the 48 th state admitted into the United States of America.

* The climate of Arizona is always changing due to the seasons. In summer, the entire state becomes very warm and hot. The warmest temperature in Arizona was 128 o F! In winter it is very cold. The coldest temperature in Arizona was -40 o F! That is how the climate changes depending on the seasons.
