Proposal Preparation A checklist of required proposal documents to be submitted is included in Schedule A of each RFP Ensure all Mandatory Requirements are met Proposal packages should be submitted 3 hole punched for consistency, containing all information and responses to all sections. Do not use the agency name anywhere other than the front page of the proposal submission.
