8 Myths & Truths About High School Myths I have to take Art or Music in Grade 9 I’m not going to earn enough credits to graduate Lunch for all 9 th graders is period 6 or 7 and I have to build my entire schedule around lunch Truths You are required to take one year of Art or Music before you graduate You need 22 credits; the average earned is 28!
