1. Welcome to our friar family ! This short self guided tutorial will show you how to complete all business office requirements on servite’s website

2. All the business office requirements can be completed on servite’s website. simply click on the business office tab. This tab will give you access to the registration and tuition payment page as well as servite’s facts portal. Please begin by selecting the registration and tuition payment link.

3. In the Registration And Tuition Payment page you can complete the following required steps. 1.Complete student registration-enrollment contract – due by 4/30/2015 2.Submit payment of school fees via credit card or e- check – Due by 5/15/2015 3.Submit payment of Tuition via credit card or e- check if you elect to pay in full – due by 5/15/2015

4. STEP 1 – registration/enrollment contract. To complete the Registration-enrollment contract You will need your son’s student ID, which will be given to you during orientation. The deadline to complete this form is April 30 th, 2015. At completion of this form you will receive an email from the business office letting you know that your son has been successfully registered at servite high school.

5. STEP 2 – payment of school fees the 2015-2016 school fees payment form is very easy to complete. You will need your son’s student id, which will be given to you during student orientation. At the end of this form you will be required to pay the school fees via credit card or e-check. Freshman school fees amount to $1,260. (tech fee $800 and facility fee $460) The deadline to complete this form and submit payment of school fees is may 15 th, 2015.

6. STEP 3 – tuition payment If you elect to pay your 2015-2016 tuition in full via credit card or E-check, you can do it by clicking on the tuition payment link. You will need your son’s student Id, which will be given to you during student orientation. On this form you will be able to apply available discounts, scholarships or financial aid received. The deadline to submit payment in full and receive a cash or credit card discount ($600 - $300) is May 15 th, 2015.

7. Step 3. Tuition payment If you prefer to pay your son’s tuition monthly or semi-annually, you will be required to use a facts account. you can access facts on the business office tab of servite’s website

8. After you are directed to the facts page, please click on the facts icon to access servite’s facts portal. Payments can be set using a checking account or credit card. Facts only accepts mastercard, American express and discover cards. Facts also charges a 2.75% convenience fee when cards are used. Your facts account must be set up by may 15 th, 2015. Tuition payments will start either june 20 th or july 5 th.

9. if you already have a facts account from another child that is either attending servite or another school, you may be able to use the same account by entering your username and password on servite’s facts portal. If you applied for financial aid, you must use the same account to set up your payment plan. Once you create your payment plan, the business office will finalize it and you will receive an email or letter from facts with the schedule of your future withdrawals. The deadline to create your payment plan is may 15 th, 2015.
