7. Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling From www.bursar.uga.edu: Select link for Master Promissory Note-Direct Loan MPN must be completed before financial aid can be applied to Student Account Select link for Loan Entrance Counseling Entrance Counseling is also required before financial aid can be applied to Student Account Both MPN and Entrance Counseling can be completed online Excess financial aid is disbursed 10 days prior to the start of classes
