Before video shooting, contestants are to be briefed on what they should do. (Confirm with Ms Esther Ho about the storyline.) Photos are to be taken by EM students.

5. Order of Proceedings 1. Collect individual timetables of Finalists. 2. Enquire about availability of Trainers. 3. Plan a draft training schedule. Problems Encountered 1. Difficult to coordinate timetable of Finalists with that of the Trainers 2. Constant changing of date and time for SBM pageant results in delayed and editing of program and schedule.
