6. Facts You Must Know: To graduate you need 230 credits, have passed at least Algebra 1, pass the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) 5 credits = 1 semester class An “F” grade = 0 credits All grades are permanently on your transcript. Minimum 2.0 GPA required for sports, work permits, etc.

23. What Now? Take this seriously. Choose wisely. Take these materials home and share them with your parents/guardians. Talk with teachers. Have your classes selected and all the signatures you need by the time MHHS Counselors return.
