13 OCTOBER Physical Activity Challenge This Challenge is October 1st through October 29 th Students are challenged to do 60 minutes of physical activity (workouts in PE are posted in following slides) for the month of October. Participation in PE counts. This will foster motivation to exercise daily and earn them the right to participate in the Dress Up event (themes were voted on by students – 6 th grade: Duck Dynasty Character; 7 th grade: Twin Day) DRESS UP DAY IS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31 ST !! Move your body, do some exercises, play a sport, take a walk or run with your family, or just get outside for some fresh air play time at least 25 days out of the month of October!
