17. AMDP can generate sophisticated usage report (including non-FX printers) by device, by user or by department. In the next phase, we will use these reports for future planning such as I.T. policy, hardware acquisition and resource allocation. The scanning workflow can also integrate with various business applications. This will automate the business process which increase productivity in return. Besides individual or department account, we can also assign multi-level project codes as well as cost centers. This will enable us to assign quota and cost center more flexible.
