4. SECTION 2: NOTES On the Table of Contents, write in the date (2/4) on the first line For line 2 write: 202/06 Project 1 Instructions Make sure your heading is on both sheets including the date in full… Last Name, First Name Subject-Period Date with the month spelled out 4

5. SECTION 5: STORAGE This section should have all papers returned to you as an EVIDENCE FILE Record the papers on the table of contents, then put them in that order behind it, for example… 102/04 Table of Contents 202/04 Assignment 1 302/05 Assignment 2 402/13 Test 1 5
