22 Provincial Sports Confederation Coaching Commission Terms of reference 1.Coordinate the development of sport coaching at provincial level, based on the needs of sport participants and their coaches and using the South African Coaching Framework as the key point of reference 2.Develop short, medium and long term plans for coaching, taking account of provincial and national priorities 3.Support federations in the roll-out of their sport specific coaching programmes. 4. Create a register of coaches and organisations that form the coaching network in the province 5. Develop the coaching network in the province through communication, forums, workshops, support for coaches and marketing 6. Prepare annual programmes for the support and development of coaches, working in partnership with the provincial department and other stakeholders 7. Undertake research and impact evaluation projects. 8.Provide advice to SASCOC on the further development of sport coaching in South Africa, based on an informed analysis of local, regional and provincial needs. 9. Provide reports to PSC and SASCOC
