Provincial Sports Confederation Coaching Commission Terms of reference 1.Coordinate the development of sport coaching at provincial level, based on the needs of sport participants and their coaches and using the South African Coaching Framework as the key point of reference 2.Develop short, medium and long term plans for coaching, taking account of provincial and national priorities 3.Support federations in the roll-out of their sport specific coaching programmes. 4.
