8 The last thing out of your mouth should be (yes/no mam or sir). If you do not know the answer to a question that an administrator, teacher, student, or member of the community may be asking you, always respond with “I don’t know the answer to that let me go check” and come and ask us. 9 Each event is different and will require different elements and areas of the PAC space. You are instructed to provide those using the PAC only with what myself or Mrs. McDonald have told you to provide. We want events to run smoothly so if additional requirements arise for an event find us and ask if it is ok to proceed.

11 Never open the house until Mr. K or Mrs. McDonald instruct you to do so. During all events headsets must be used while you are in your operating area. During events where there is an intermission calls must be made five minutes before the second part begins. Calls are made using the intercom pager in the ticket booth. If asked to operate specific equipment that a visitor has brought to our facility. Make sure you know exactly what you are doing. No questions are bad. It is better to ask a simple question and do it right then to not ask and mess up what they may be depending on. Never open the house until Mr. K or Mrs. McDonald instruct you to do so. 12 After each event someone will be selected to power off the tv’s in the lobby and lock up all the doors. The other employees working will be powering off the boards and locking all areas upstairs and at our FOH desk. Absolutely no one should be standing around. anyone not on the work crew that wants to assist in the event is allowed with director approval. Anyone hanging out should be asked to leave. No Food Or Drink Inside Our Space Other Than Water. Ask those who bring in drinks to put them away (men and women with coffee containers) or ask them to finish their beverage or food in the lobby. If they refuse come and get us. It is not your job to get snippy. Food and drink are the largest issues you will be faced with. I will provide examples on how to choose your battles once you are hired. Uniforms must be worn at all times as well as Temporary Employee Badges. 18 The next slide will provide a map and areas that we will need to evacuate people to. Most important is NEVER place anyone on an exterior wall or near glass. If the need should arise for us to move into a shelter in place evacuation command to go into this will come from Mrs. McDonald or myself. The following will occur: Mr. K or Mrs. McDonald will come on headset communicating what is going to happen. Mr. K or Mrs. McDonald will enter the PAC. At this time All work lights must come on, stage lights out, house lights up and all sound muted. The next slide will provide a map and areas that we will need to evacuate people to. 19 Mr. K or Mrs. McDonald will immediately ask for NHS staff and or administration to assist with evacuation. The house/stage will be evacuated to the marked areas. Please remember to be calm and to reassure people that this is the safest place on campus. Once an all clear has been made we will try our best to resume the event. Please resume to your positions for the event and wait for a go from Mrs. McDonald or myself. 22 There will be five of you. What does this mean? More $$. What does it also mean? More working. Like any other job you must be present when scheduled to work. If you cannot make it to work due to an illness or death then you, like other jobs, must communicate this to both directors and get someone to cover your shift. Any other exception as to why you may not be able to work will be counted against you. Once you have missed three unexcused days you will be terminated and your position will be replaced. NO EXCEPTIONS. Each month there will be events scheduled in the PAC you will select what events you want to work. On each event it will indicate how many crew members will be needed for that event. Many events will require one of you. If you want more than one to work, only the one scheduled gets paid. There will be five of you. What does this mean? More $$. What does it also mean?
