4 12/ 4 Improved Search Integrated into the helpdesk and assets lists view Additional filters available Maintaining sorting options “Go-To” option for quick direct access to specific service requests

5 12/ 5 Additional email protocols IMAP support in addition to the existing POP3 for email integration SSL secure mode for both POP3 and IMAP A combination of both IMAP and POP3 can be defined for multiple emails

6 12/ 6 Improved history and messages log The Information is clearer and more easily accessible All automatic notification are now saved and displayed in a messages log

7 12/ 7 Better control in the End-User portal End Users can now close service requests (configurable parameter) End users can now attach files even to an already submitted request, in order to clarify their problem

8 12/ 8 Better resolution per company Operating hours can now be implemented separately for each company Due dates are now also configurable for each company, if needed “Open Service Request by Company” report is now available on the Manager Portal

9 12/ 9 More customizable fields Many customizable fields were added to allow even better flexibility in SysAid: –Software Products –Suppliers –Assets

10 12/ 10 Out-Of-Office and After Hours special notification After hours notifications can be set to improve your communication with your users “Out of Office” can now be set in order to redirect any requests to another available administrator during your absence
