3 Semester Schedule 8 classes, 90 minutes 7 min. passing periods Tutorial (Writing Lab, Science Lab, Math Lab, Test Makeup Center) Gold/Blue Days

5 Language Arts 4 credits required for high school graduation Colleges require all College Prep courses & grades of C or better 9 th grade options: Advanced World Lit Lit & Comp 9

6 Social Science 3 credits required for high school graduation AP Human Geography Human Geography

7 Science 3 credits required for graduation Physics STEM Chemistry if you scored 21 or higher on Math or Science EXPLORE test AP Environmental Science

8 Math 3 credits required for high school graduation Algebra I Accelerated Geometry Advanced Algebra II Pre-Calculus

9 PE/Health 1 credit of Health required for high school graduation 1 credit of PE required for high school graduation Health 1 Fitness Team

10 World Language Languages offered: French, German, Japanese & Spanish Colleges require at least 2 credits of the same Foreign Language with grades of C or higher Native Spanish speakers also have option of Spanish Lit/Comp I/II/III or AP Spanish – please take the Spanish assessment

11 Electives Total the number of credits on the front Fill in your schedule with electives that interest you Choose five alternate classes and rank them 1-5

12 Procedures: Select classes totaling 7 credits (this does not include Access Tutorial) Course selections decide schedule and hiring You will be able to see your selections and any changes we make this spring in StudentVue Sign your form and put your college/career goal on the back

13 Timeline Take your form home, share it with your parents and ask them to sign it Come with your parents/guardians to Academic Planning Night on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 6:30 in the Commons. Five Oaks: Turn in by Tuesday, Feb. 25 to your math teacher. Watch for your selections to be loaded in StudentVue
