2. February 15 th Deadline Use iVisions  To be eligible for salary increases for the subsequent year, all coursework, transcripts and supporting documentation must be completed and submitted through iVisions no later than February 15 th of each year.  The credits you were not compensated for at the time of hire, should be submitted as completed courses. 3.  The allocation of monies for Professional Growth for future school years is determined by the Governing Board annually based on available funding.  Teachers who submitted eligible coursework (meeting the requirements in Meet and Confer), may be compensated and the rate will be determined by the Governing Board. (Currently, the rate is $80 per credit hour)

4.  All decisions regarding compensation are determined by the Governing Board and based on availability of funds.  All coursework must be completed and submitted through iVisions by February 15 of the current year to be eligible for possible compensation in the following school year.

5. University Graduate Level Course Complete Course Scan Transcript Once course is completed, add completed coursework and attach transcript through iVisions District Courses Sign up under PGO Complete course; print and scan PGO transcript Once course is completed, add completed coursework record and attach transcript through iVisions IDEAL, ASSET, PBS Courses Complete course print and scan certificate Once course is completed, add completed coursework record and attach certificate through iVisions

6. College Undergraduate Course Professional Growth Committee pre- approves courses that meet district standards; submit course pre- approval through I-Visions. If approved, once course is completed, add completed coursework and attach transcript through iVisions Non-district Workshops All non-district workshops must meet the 15 hour minimum guideline. Submit as pre-approval if not sure. Print and scan certificate Once course is completed, add completed coursework record and attach certificate through iVisions
