Registration/Fees Dues – Varsity $400 Junior Varsity $300 New Teams $150 Jamboree: $175 per team $250 for Both JV and Varsity State Semi’s and Finals Attendance Fee $10 Registration Due in full December 2, 2014 Register and pay via Invoice/Check

League Representatives Each league will have two leagues reps Please inform OGLA the names of these reps before leaving today’s meeting League Representative Duties Assist in the scheduling of games Ensure stats are imputed in a timely and accurate manner (including yellow/red cards) Mediate issues within the league Keep OGLA informed of resolved/unresolved issues with league

OGLA Grievance Process In an effort to resolve more issues without OGLA intervention, all teams are asked to follow the 3-step grievance process. Note: This does not apply to grievances with officials. Step 1 – Head Coach to Head Coach Communication(48 Hrs) Please allow for cool down period Upon Resolution, email the details to OGLA Step 2 – Head Coach to League Rep Communication(72 Hrs) If no coach to coach resolution, contact league rep to resolve Upon Resolution, email details to OGLA Step 3 – Contact OGLA If unable to resolve, contact OGLA via email with completed “Grievance Procedure Form” (on OGLA website) Quick resolution will be made by OGLA Exec Board

Proposed Site Change for State Bidding Process Interested programs may apply to host semi’s and finals Criteria to be released on-line Sites will be reserved for 2 years Will also host WDNT tryouts 60-40 Split for Revenue

Updates to the Reference Manual Clarifications/Reminders: 2 Half Rule is now increased to a 3 Half Rule PLEASE DO NOT SWING STARTING VARSITY Harsher penalties for teams using more that allotted halves Forfeit and lose player for an additional game Penalties for teams that repeatedly omit stats and card/ submit incorrect stats and cards

Game Change Requests Acceptable cancellations: Unplayable Fields 12:00pm or before on game day home team contacts OWLUA with a phone call OWLUA is the only entity who shall determine that the game is officially postponed or cancelled Send an email to all of the following if field is unplayable: oregongirlslax.@gmail.com owlua.umpires@gmail.com Need confirmation that the message was received

Reminders: Scheduling Scheduling Each team must play each contest for which they are scheduled Double check school and district calendar before finalizing schedule Think about scheduling 1-2 makeup games Must have minimum of 9 field players to start a game without forfeiting the game Reminder of Deadlines Last Regular Season game must be played by 05/07/2015

Reminders: Scheduling Non League Games Non league Games All Teams will be responsible for scheduling their own Non League matchups and contests. Plan the # of NL matchups your program can handle (max. 18 games in- state) Contact coaches directly to schedule Reminder – we need all teams to be willing to share in travel, make sure you meet coaches for teams in leagues you haven’t played in past. Use today as a “Speed Date” to meet some non-league opponents.
