3 The Oversight Committee (OC) – Key Responsibilities 1. Approve APDev programs proposed by Core Management Team (CMT) 2. Endorse recommendations for consideration by chairing institutions 3. Sign off on proposed budgets for submission to PRC 4. Provide guidance to CMT 5. Foster visibility of APDev at all member institutions

6 The Core Management Team – Key Responsibilities 1. Day-to-day management of the platform 2. Development, fostering of and follow-up on APDev initiatives 3. Development of proposals to the OC 4. Development of a budget for sign-off by the OC and final approval by PRC 5. Facilitation of CMT and OC meetings
