5. What can the LINk do? Ask for information and get a reply Refer matters to OSC Make reports and get reply Annual report to Parliament

8. Timetable  Patient Forums cease 31 st March 2008  LINKs established from 1 st April 2008  Transitional period 1 st April 2008 to 30 th September 2008
