TOWEL WARMER HISTORY 9 Towel warmers were once perceived as an unaffordable luxury, only experienced at high-end hotels and in European homes. This used to be the case…

TOWEL WARMER HISTORY 10 ICO’s vision is “To develop towel warmers, bathroom products and infloor heating systems, and bring this affordable luxury into the range of every household in North America.

NOW AND THEN 11 NOWTHEN Price$200 - $2,000$2,000 - $4,000 AvailabilityNext Day Shipping6 – 8 Weeks Dealer Support ICO works closely with it’s dealers to ensure their success. Non-existent Customer Awareness End users are becoming more and more aware of towel warmers through our marketing efforts. Very little customer awareness.

SALES APPROACH 12 Let us ask you a question…. When you are helping a client choose fixtures for their new bathroom do you ask them: “Would you like a tub in your new bathroom?” No! You ask them which tub they would like. The same concept applies to towel warmers! Don’t be afraid to go ahead and open the sale.

CUSTOMER APPROACH 13 The next time you close a sale for a luxurious jetted tub: Think… Is this client going to want to step out of this tub to a cool, damp towel? No! This client would love to step out of their tub to a warm, soft and fresh towel.

PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 19 Choosing Valves and Installation Packs Many people find valves and installation packs for towel warmers very confusing…it really isn’t. Follow these simple steps to ensure you order the right components for your customer.

If from the floor choose straight valves. If from the wall choose angle valves. PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 20 Choosing Valves and Installation Packs STEP 1: Are the water feed pipes for the towel warmer coming from the wall or the floor?

If no, choose regular valves. PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 21 Choosing Valves and Installation Packs STEP 2: Would your customer like to be able to control the temperature of the towel warmer? If yes, choose thermostatic valves.

PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 22 Choosing Valves and Installation Packs STEP 3: Order the 8” installation pack for angle valves or the 24” installation pack with straight valves. STEP 4: Ensure all components (towel warmer, valves, and installation pack) are the same finish. This will be the case if the codes all end with the same number. Note: We recommend using the traditional gate valve and the 8” installation pack for all traditional hydronic towel warmers.

PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 23 Wall Brackets All Tuzio towel warmers come with four robust metal wall brackets These brackets are fully adjustable for applications where you are mounting over tile and drywall etc. Brackets must be fixed to wall studs or plywood backing inside the wall Benefit: You will never receive a warranty claim relating to towel warmer brackets – these brackets are stronger than the wall itself!

PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 24 Power Consumption All Tuzio towel warmers are 110V and will either be 150W, 300W or 450W depending on the size of the towel warmer – this can be found in the brochure. A towel warmer draws roughly the same amount of power as a light bulb.* All electric towel warmers have an inbuilt thermostat with a pre-set temperature – ensure the timer is programmed so your towel warmer comes on when you need it and then turns itself off when you don’t need it as this saves power consumption. *Based on a 75W lightbulb and a 150W towel warmer being on 50% of the time due to it’s inbuilt thermostat.

PRODUCT TRAINING - TUZIO 25 Technical Specifications These comprehensive Tuzio installation guides include everything from rough in stage to final installation, as well as detailed instructions on programming the timer.
