2. Множественное число существительных. Исключения. Презентация составлена к учебнику О.В. Афанасьевой, И. В. Михеевой “Rainbow English” 3 класс. Презентация может быть использована на уроках по изучению существительных-исключений при образовании множественного числа. Кроме того, используйте на уроках соответствующие упражнения из учебника. Рекомендуемое время проведения: после Step 36.

Образование множественного числа большинства существительных  Добавляется окончание –s dog-dogs, cat-cats  Если существительное заканчивается на буквы –x, -s или буквосочетания -ss, -ch, -sh, то добавляется окончание –es fox-foxes, watch-watches  Если существительное заканчивается на букву y (после согласной), то добавляется окончание –es, а буква y меняется на i family-families  Если существительное заканчивается на буквы –f, -fe, то во множественном числе они меняются на –v и добавляется окончание -es wolf-wolves, shelf-shelves
