5. President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) –earned annually by calendar year using volunteer time solely with United Through Reading or aggregated with volunteer time with other organizations. Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) May be awarded by the military after consequential, sustained, and direct volunteer service. United Through Reading can provide volunteer information and data to a command when requested on behalf of a volunteer and can write recommendations for nominating a service member for the MOVSM based on sustained volunteer support of the program. 16% Robust Volunteer Program
