HOW DO ANIMALS GET FOOD? BY SUE MI ANDRES NATALIA PAULINA EMILIO

2 OBJECTIVE OF PRESENTATION
This presentation will show that plants and animals are dependent upon each other for survival.

3 FINDING FOOD PLANTS MAKE FOOD
All living living things need food. Even you! Some animals eat plants. Some animals eat other animals. Some animals eat plants and animals. Plants need food. Green leaves give off oxygen when they make food. Oxygen is a gas in the air. Plants and animals need oxygen to live.

4 FOOD CHAIN The plants use sunlight to make food.
The rat eats the plant. The snake eats the rat. The bird eats the snake. This is called a FOOD CHAIN. All living things are connected through food chains.

5 HYPOTHESIS Our hypothesis is how animals get food
in different habitats, and how plants produce oxygen and food for animals.

6 PROCEDURE We made a model of food chain to
show how plants and animals get the food they need. We drew the plant, the rat, the snake and the bird in a different paper plate. We connected our drawings with tape and yarn.
