3 2 Un Proyecto As your final assignment, you will now complete a project. Submit your finished project as a URL in an email to Ms. Slaughter. Use your name and Project in the subject line. Final Project- Due Fri.

4 3 The Final Assessment You will write a short story or dialogue using at least 10 verbs. You must include each verb form (each possible ending) at least once. Use a Web 2.0 tool such as VoiceThread, Prezi, Vuvox, XtraNormal, or Zooburst to create your presentation and submit the URL to the professor. Google each one and decide what you want to use. Use ONLY vocabulary and present tense verbs we have learned. DO NOT USE A TRANSLATOR. Type sentences in a Word document, spell check, and copy and paste.

Numerous errors, little sentence structure (6 or more errors) Many errors affect communication (4-5 errors) Some errors but do not hinder communication (2-3 errors) Excellent, virtually no errors (0-1 errors) Content- Project contains at least 10 complete sentences. Insufficient response to topic, 5 or fewer complete sentences Partial response to topic, 6-7 complete sentences Acceptable response to topic, 8-9 complete sentences Thorough response to topic, at least 10 complete sentences Vocabulary- Words are used and spelled correctly with a variety of subjects. A translator was not used. Incorrect or extremely limited usage Basic, with some inaccurate word choice Functional, conveys meaning, but with limited word choice Precise, varied Presentation- Pronunciation, writing, and organization are conducive to effective communication. Pronunciation, writing, and/or organization were insufficient for communication Attempt at pronunciation, writing, and/or organization was evident, but difficult to understand Main ideas were understandable, but communication skills are limited Well-organized with ideas presented clearly and logically with little error in pronunciation, writing, or organization Project Rubric

6 5 Here are some examples of good, complete sentences like you should be able to create for your project. I answer a question in class. She’s buying a green book. They (all girls) need some new pens. We work a lot in history class. You (informal) are looking for a black backpack. We are eating in the new restaurant today. Yo contesto una pregunta en clase. Ella compra un libro verde. Ellas necesitan unos bolígrafos nuevos. (Nosotros) trabajamos mucho en la clase de historia. Tú buscas una mochila negra. Nosotros comemos en el restaurante nuevo hoy.
