4  This is your time to lead your conference!  You can discuss progress, grades, and set goals with your family, and much more!

5  Family Night!  March 12, 2013 5:00-7:30  Free Italian Dinner for the your whole family  Free child care for younger brothers and sisters!  What if my family can’t attend?  You teachers and the administrators will be conferencing with you during Social Studies class on Monday.

6 Print your first and last name here. Write your Social Studies Teacher’s last name and the period you have Social Studies class here.

7  Conference Agenda form…Page 1  This is a checklist of points to discuss on conference day.

8  Dear Families letter….Page 2.  You will open up the conference with this letter. Complete the sentence describing something you accomplished this year. Be sure to sign your letter.

9  Look at your DE Reading Report. Number this page 3.  Think to yourself- How are you progressing? How can you improve? Jot the answers to these two questions on the back of this page.

10  Look at your DE Math Report. Number this page 4.  Think to yourself- How are you progressing? How can you improve? Jot the answers to these two questions on the back of this page.

11  Look at page 5.  Read each behavior. Rate yourself by checking the appropriate box. Do you demonstrate this trait Always….100 % of the time Sometimes…. I’m pretty good at this but do slip up. Never…. I need to work on this!
