5. Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 5 PLACING AN ORDER - EXAMPLE Select Brand Choose to order with Partner Id –Enter Partner Id number with leading zeros Choose a channel - Installer Click the Submit button For this example, we will assume we are ordering Pennzoil kits

6. Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 6 ORDER OPTIONS Use the radio buttons select locations to receive promo materials –Quantity can be adjust as needed Select Special labeling if applicable –There is a $1 fee per kit for special labels Click Submit Selections button to continue

Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 7 ORDER VERIFICATION PAGE Kits ordered will appear with a radio button –You can deselect a location by clicking on the radio button and clicking the Modify Selections button Verbiage for special labels is entered on this screen if applicable Email address for confirmation –One email will be sent with information for all orders placed Click Process Selections button to continue

8. Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 8 PAYING WITH A COST CENTER Once you hit process selections, the order will be submitted for processing and an order number will appear by each ship to location (for locations receiving kits) This order number should be used for order inquiries

9. Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 9 PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD Enter the qty of kits and additional items Confirm the ship to location –You can add a contact phone number for the ship to location Click the continue button to proceed

10. Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 10 PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD Promotion Quantities –Confirm / change quantities Customer Information –Confirm ship to location Credit Card information Enter credit card information –Enter email address Click submit to continue

11. Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 11 ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE A confirmation page will appear with the details of the order(s) placed –This is information is also sent if an email address was entered (highly recommended)

Sales1 st Unleashing our Potential 13 UPDATE PARTNER ID LIST – ADD SHIP TOS Select the radio button next to Add ship to locations –2 options will appear at the bottom of the screen Add ship to location –Add one location at a time Add ship to location(s) by uploading a spreadsheet –Add 1 or more locations by uploading a spreadsheet
