What is the need the product will fulfill? Every Teacher/Trainer needs to assess her Students from time to time. While Teachers/Trainers normally access test banks from 3rd party content providers like publishers, they are the best authors themselves, simply because only they know (a) the strengths and weaknesses of their Students, and (b) to what level would they like to question/assess their Students. It is therefore required that Teachers/Trainers possess the required tools to create and deploy their own test banks with ease. Current Status/Growth Plans/Go-to-market Marketing Strategy: The Student version will be offered for free. This version is an aggregator (think Itunes) of questions. So, while the software remains the same, the Student receives new questions from time to time, as he/she progresses in his/her academic career. This version will also be offered to PC companies as OEM. The Teacher/Trainer version will be sold to schools/universities/companies in packs of 20 client licenses, and one server license. Tie-ups with independent Teachers/Trainers and teaching institutes will ensure that training is made available easily. Online tutorials will help reach out to remote locations. Channel partners would also play a key role in distribution. Investment Opportunity: Company is self-funded. Product is ready. Market is very international and scalable.
