2 Our Solution… As the levers of economic growth continue to shift downward, barter merchants large and small need to connect with their communities to drive new cash sales to them. Until recently, this solution was not economically possible. Our merchant loyalty rewards system is an integrated, efficient and informed global platform for trade exchanges to unite merchants and customers. Merchants can offer a new level of service, targeting their customers down to a market of one, while engaging in a cause-driven marketing campaign with an unheard of 100% conversion rate and zero up-front cost or liability. The merchant only pays for performance; a $10% marketing fee when a sale is made. Every new sale made enables a charity to receive money

3 A Leading-Edge Loyalty Program… Business With A Purpose
A Discount and A Rebate Program that will direct and/or redirect millions of consumers to our barter merchants. A Discount Program that uses a non-financial card, has no entrance barriers for use, no fees to the user and is issued to people directly associated with our members. It swipes through normal current technology credit card terminals. A Rebate Program that uses a point system where one point equals one currency dollar, does require online registration and the Cardmembers rebates can be used to apply as an additional donation that is tax deductible, apply to purchases, apply towards a scholastic fund or a retirement fund. 25% of our marketing fee is paid to the Cardmember to help Merchants gain additional loyalty from our Cardmembers. To make this even better, in addition to no upfront fees, there is no equipment changes by most merchant as long as they have current technology.

4 How Does the Discount Program Work?
The initial target market is comprised of the Merchant’s employees, friends, family and customers. The secondary target market is every other consumer in the marketplace. The motivation for the use of this card is the immediate gratification of savings at POS. Our merchants will offer a minimum 15% discount to the participating Cardmembers. 25% of the marketing fee we receive is paid to your member groups qualified Charitable Organizations and/or worthy causes. Merchant participation is made known through a website, verbally through their local trade exchange as well as through text, tweet & updates. The Cardmember is not required to register, but they do need to provide us with their name, address, zip code and cell phone number. We encourage Cardmembers to supply us additional CRM information by offering additional incentive programs including our 25% of our marketing fee rebate program that does require online registration!

5 The Rebate Program… Target market is comprised of all consumers including the unbankable that makes up 35% of the people in this country. An additional motivation for the use of this card is a rebate offered to the Cardmember for purchases made with our Merchants. HERO$CARD helps Merchants gain customer loyalty by contributing 50% or its marketing fee to Cardmember rebates, local charities and/or worthwhile causes. Merchant participation awareness is promoted through a website, verbally through their local trade exchange as well as through text, tweet & updates. The Cardmember must register online to receive rebate rewards. This registration creates an extensive CRM database for the Merchant’s use. Funds are held in a designated sweep account and may be applied to future purchases, additional donations, a scholastic fund for their children’s college education or a retirement fund.

HERO$CARD WorldWide and the Charities only earn fees when you gain traffic and make new sales. This means that, in addition to HERO$CARD WorldWide, participating companies and charities will also advertise and promote your company to their members and donors. Instead of having only one marketing department finding ways to drive new business to you, you will have many organizations marketing to an ever growing member/donor base that earns discounts & rebates at point-of-sale for that Cardmember, donations for worthwhile causes and new sales to you!

11 Vested Interest = Increased Traffic
One of THE world wide key assets for Merchants is the Vested Interest of every participant in driving traffic to your door. These groups earn referral fees only when you gain traffic and transactions from Our Loyalty Card rewards program Cardmembers they refer. They will advertise to their member bases for you. A Loyalty Card Charity Our Loyalty Rewards Card Program Our Loyalty Card Merchant Local Churches Schools Women's’ Groups Affiliates Local Church Community Non Profit Organizations will also refer their member/donors to you. When their member/donors shop with you, the NPOs receive charitable donations equal to the members’ rebate rewards. They receive these donations only when you gain traffic and revenues. The customers then use the Loyalty Card to shop with participating Loyalty Card merchants and receive discounts at point-of-sale for their purchases. $ This is true loyalty because it keeps your Loyalty Card holders coming back. At the same time, a percentage of all sales go back to the charity of the Loyalty Card member group’s choice. $
